Keep in mind that if after the required 90-120 minute presentation, you have questions or would like to learn more, your Vacation Specialist will spend as much time as you need to get all your questions answered. This 90-120 minute required time presentation will be clearly stated on your sales order and resort confirmation, so there will be no time surprises.

An email is sent directly at the time of purchase including your Sales Order and your Reservation Request Letter (only if your travel dates are selected). This will not be a formal confirmation as we require you to verify the information given online and give a signature of acceptance.

PRINT OFF AND SIGN a copy of the attached documents and then SCAN AND RETURN them to us in the same email. N.B. electronic signatures are not accepted. We can only hold your reservation for three hours. After this time, we cannot guarantee price and availability.

After receiving the documents with your signature, your reservation request will be accepted. Within the next couple of days, you will receive a welcome call directly from your selected resort to confirm your Holiday Getaway. If you have any special requests to make your stay more pleasant, this call is a perfect time, as you will be talking directly to the resort staff.

After this verification call, you will receive your final confirmation of your reserved resort accommodations in the email provided when you placed your order.

B.- If you haven't selected travel dates:

Please note that this letter will not be a formal confirmation as we require you to verify the information given online and sign in acceptance. This letter also lists the terms and conditions of purchase for your Holidays by the Great Mexico Vacation Deals Package.

Once you are ready to select travel dates, simply call and one of our travel specialists will be more than happy to assist you.

With our FLEXIBLE STAY policy, Arrival dates, Resort, and even Destination may be changed or rescheduled as many times as required during the validity of your certificate FREE of charge. If a change request is received at least 20 days prior to your scheduled arrival or 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival when your travel dates are during major US Holidays, special events, & March Spring Break. Any changes made within 20-30 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a 2-night charge of $199 per night. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability. If you reschedule, and your new preferred travel dates are on a different traveling season than your initial booking, peak season surcharges may apply. We encourage you to contact us for assistance. All sales are final and non refundable, however plans change, that’s why we offer store credit on your initial purchase amount to use towards any resort of your choice at www.greatmexicovacationdeals.com. A no-show on the check-in date and non-attendance or failure to complete the sales presentation, will incur a Penalty Charge being the full accommodation cost, which will be automatically charged to your credit card.

For your convenience, your certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase to select your travel dates and enjoy your vacation getaway. If it's an open date certificate travel dates must be booked before voucher expiry and bookings can be made in advance and no less than 15 days prior to the desired arrival, subject to availability.

Most of the resort accommodations we offer are configured for a max capacity of 4 people. If you have fewer members in your party, then you enjoy more space!

This non-refundable fee covers items such as processing and reservation fees, theme nights, daily housekeeping, resort amenities, non-motorized and organized activities, beach towels, fitness facilities, and tips. They typically range from $19 to $39 per night, per occupied room. Wondering why we can't offer you a lower fee, too? Our hands are tied, unfortunately. The resort requires us to charge these fees.

You may purchase and use one vacation package per destination per travel period, meaning you are not allowed to extend your stay even if it's another resort brand under the same promotion, as you may be required to show your arrival plane ticket to prove your arrival date from your country to qualify for these promotions. In the event that you want to visit the same resort two times, each resort requires a 6 to a 12-month interval between visits to the same resort. However we can provide special pricing for stays longer than 7 nights and 8 days, call us directly and have one of our travel specialists assist you.

The hotels are offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, Multiple families or couples are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time, however, some resorts allow the purchase of one Additional Room per Minivac package.
